Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included, and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your RMA number.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our UK distribution center using a tracked courier service; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until the return is fully processed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.
